The position will be responsible for assuring all International products maintain regulatory compliance with the EPA, CARB, and ECCC. Strong management and Government relations skills will be required as this position will be the front-line representative for International supporting compliance related issues. The Regulatory Compliance Manager supports a variety of reporting requirements such as the authoring of defect reports, remedial plans, field fix documents, and/or defect investigation reports, field information reports, etc. In addition, the position will help to develop and guide International's product development strategies for both current and future regulation.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and track GHG emissions strategy, compliance reporting, and status
+ Provide guidance to platform teams regarding future regulation and product compliance strategies
+ International interface with Government agencies with respect to compliance reporting, investigations, warranty, and other various regulatory issues
+ Responsible for the authoring and submission of defect and warrantee reporting process to EPA, CARB and ECCC
+ Reviewing Federal, California, and ECCC Code of Regulations and manufacturer advisories
+ Managing Engine and Vehicle exemption control process and reporting to agencies
+ Analyzing Engine and Vehicle assembly plant build records, and daily emission labelbuild error reports
+ Reviewing and approving product change control requests and notices for regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree
+ At least 8 years of regulatory compliance experience
+ At least 2 years of management experience

+ At least 10 years of regulatory compliance experience
+ At least 2 years of management experience

**Overview** :
This position works with the Senior Director, Gulf Coast Environmental Business to support management of the Gulf Coast environmental compliance programs, focusing primarily on environmental data and reporting, regulatory compliance, obtaining project related permits, renewal of existing permits, and managing special projects.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide support for permitting and compliance activities, including Title V permitting and compliance certifications, emissions inventories, New Source Review (NSR) permit applications and renewals, facility compliance audits, and participate in regulatory development through various industry workgroups.
+ Perform construction, modification, and major maintenance reviews on projects at existing power plants, including New Source Review determinations.
+ Evaluate test reports, analytical data, and procedures for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, approved test methods, and NRG environmental standards.
+ Coordinate and/or conduct quality assurance reviews of the emissions and analyzer performance data collected by the Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems and monitoring plan updates.
+ Coordinate and/or conduct quality assurance reviews of data collected by the water discharge monitoring systems and the monitoring plan updates.
+ Ability to develop expertise in various data acquisition and handling software systems; including development of data trends and other statistical analysis.
+ Support and participate in facility inspections and compliance certifications; participate in and document regulatory agency facility inspections.
+ Provide environmental consulting services to internal clients, as needed, and in accordance with NRG's Corporate Values so as to assure the long term, environmentally compliant operation of NRG owned and/or operated facilities.

The Compliance Manager will work to assure product compliance with applicable North American federal and state regulations in the environmental and safety area. - Act as Polestar’s representative in dealing with government officials and trade associations in all vehicle related regulatory/compliance matters
- Analyze future regulations and their effect on Polestar’s products
- Hold regular check-ins with HQ stakeholders to secure required product development
- Develop policies and procedures, coordinate all environment and safety defect investigations, and recall campaigns
- Arrange meetings with government agencies where necessary

- For future US produced cars coordinate production related requirements for global markets

Who you are

· Support BU's operation to Global Quality Policies and capture operational feedback to help keep them up to date.
· Deploy Food Safety programs in area of responsibility (BU/Category/Corporate) to ensure products made at the Richmond Bakery meet regulatory and Mondelez' requirements for Food Safety and Quality.
· Ensure the facility is audit-ready for internal and external food safety audits.
· Ensure Risk Assessment is employed as the key decision-making approach for Product, Process and Package Design Safety
· Risk-based Food Safety verification for Suppliers (ingredients and packaging) internal/external plants, and warehouses.
· Support effective management of operational Food Safety challenges at The Richmond Bakery s including disposition decision making based on risk assessment and advice on risk management interactions with authorities, Plant Sr. Quality and Food Safety Manager and Corporate Leadership.
· Influence and partner with cross functional peers, effectively communicating how Food Safety supports our company values.
· Implement a Food Safety culture across the organization.
· Manage one direct report.

General Description:
We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team. The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that program operations and processes comply with relevant laws, standards, and regulations. This role has a strong understanding of federal laws and regulations, experience managing a compliance program or function, and/or expertise in ITAR/FAR/DFARs regulations.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Assists with the development and implementation of the Federal Contracts and Grants Compliance Program.
- Develops a comprehensive library of applicable laws and regulations.
- Establishes a formalized regulatory compliance change management process that includes the identification of new laws and regulations, impact assessments, policy and process review, communication, implementation, and ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Identifies, reviews, and updates compliance program policies and procedures.
- Leverages tools and technology, such as Microsoft Purview, to align privacy and data protection practices.
- Improves existing privacy and data protection controls and strategies for regulated data.
- Oversees certain program operations related to the handling and safeguarding of sensitive information and regulated data.
- Develops educational materials, training plans, and newsletter articles.
- Collaborates with various teams in monitoring identified risk areas.
- Assists with the development of compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Provides audit support for maintenance of relevant certifications.

Required Skills:

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
The person hired for the position of Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, management, coordination, and execution of the DG transportation regulatory compliance functional area and team. This position has global functional responsibilities to work with and support all business units within 3M. The Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulatory Compliance Manager will serve as the global DG business process owner to develop global policies, standards, business processes, and systems. This person will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure dangerous goods regulatory requirements are understood and solutions are developed and implemented to ensure compliance, supply chain efficiency, and sustainable interim and end-state solutions. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in DG regulatory compliance and the ability to influence and collaborate with global business stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Supervising activities of the Transportation Regulatory Compliance team to ensure 3M's ongoing compliance with regulations and 3M policy and procedures.
* Leading various Transportation Regulatory Compliance improvement projects and initiatives such as DG ERP solution development, readiness and deployment, DG site audit program, and developing globally harmonized business policies, standards, procedures, and processes.
* Facilitating strategic and operational planning activities and project prioritization to ensure continuous process improvement.
* Facilitating and driving DG compliance throughout the organization via various strategies such as training and awareness, global policies and standards, audits and inspection support, and outreach.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
* Ten (10) years combined supply chain, regulatory, environmental health and safety, laboratory, and/or manufacturing function experience in a private, public, government or military environment
* Two (2) years of experience leading people, while managing complex product programs, projects, or initiatives
* One (1) year of experience with carrier operations for dangerous goods for all modes of transport (ground, air, ocean)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physical Sciences from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience with SAP business transformation processes.
