You'll work cross-functionally with Corporate leaders, business units, and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting - while gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of high-value financial processes.
This role is based at our Columbus, OH corporate headquarters with a hybrid schedule (4 days/week on-site).
What You'll Do
You'll dive deep into financial operations with a blend of technical expertise, collaboration, and process improvement:
- SEC Filings (10-K, 10-Q, MD&A)
Assist in drafting footnotes and management discussion sections for quarterly and annual reports. - Earnings Releases & Disclosures
Contribute to the preparation of quarterly earnings release financials and messaging. - Audit Coordination
Partner with external auditors on annual and quarterly reviews. Help manage deliverables and timelines. - Asset Impairment & Valuation
Support goodwill, intangible asset impairment testing, and purchase accounting activities related to acquisitions and divestitures. - Technical Accounting & Memos
Prepare internal documentation outlining accounting conclusions and treatments for complex transactions. - Compliance & Regulatory
Track new accounting guidance and ensure adherence. Support 11-K filings and benefit plan audits. - Ad Hoc Reporting & Corporate Projects
Collaborate with the Corporate Controller on special assignments as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 1-4 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- CPA or progress toward certification (preferred)
- Experience with GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX controls
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, Hyperion)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines

**Job Summary**

**Detailed Responsibilities**
+ Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data
+ Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team members
+ Acts as a liaison with the team, including partner's operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance
+ Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing

+ Completes assigned MAP objectives to achieve financial services goals
+ Manages payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable process

+ Clearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basis
+ Provides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested
+ Interviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelines

**Skills and Experience**
+ 3 + years in a Finance/Accounting role
+ Operational experience in food and beverage is preferred
+ Business Degree and/or CPA certification is preferred
+ High level of computer literacy
+ Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to work non-standard hours as dictated by event schedule

+ Manages coordination and preparation of half and fiscal year budgets and forecasts for assigned business areas--full-line sales, ultrasound, and headquarters departments. + Provide management with financial support, advice and consultation to assist in budget preparation, and making financial decisions. For example: product pricing analyses or historical/trend analyses. Primary point of contact for any historical/trend financial data.
+ Manage preparation and distribution of standardized budgets, forecasts, and monthly sales and financial reports to executives and management. Coordinate and participate in monthly meetings with BU management to review financial actuals/forecast.
+ Develop new financial reports utilizing Excel, Essbase, and Qlikview as needed. Active participant in any software conversions, company reorganizations, and any other changes/updates as to effect on financials.
+ Calculates incentive/bonuses for Field sales and Business Operations personnel. Assists Compensation manager in interpretation/application of incentive plans.
+ Subject matter expert as to refurbished/manual inventory. Monitors inventory levels, and provides financial analyses related to sales of refurbished inventory.

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for accounting and reporting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resulting managerial reports and financial statements for Bath and Body Works Digital. This role requires a background in accounting with the ability to perform financial data analysis. This is a highly visible Senior Financial Analyst position for one of the world's most prominent brands with annual sales exceeding $7B. This position reports directly to the Manager of Financial Reporting and serves as a key liaison with various cross functional business partners. The ideal candidate will be not only experienced in accounting & reporting, but also passionate, motivated, and energized by the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry.
Responsibilities
+ Assisting in the monthly and quarterly close cycles including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and variance and account analysis.
+ Completing financial statement disclosures checklist; maintain and prepare detailed work papers to support financial statements.
+ Preparing monthly variance analysis for management on the P&L and Balance Sheet.
+ Leading ad hoc analysis and special projects on an as needed basis.
+ Maintaining financial and operational controls and procedures.
+ Identifying and implementing accounting process changes in support of continued growth of the business.
+ Building strong relationships with cross functional (operational) business partners.
+ Preparing all work in a timely manner with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Clearly articulating and communicating ideas and explanations.
+ Maintaining strong internal control environment.
Qualifications
+ 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting firm experience preferred).
+ CPA or successful progress toward CPA is preferred, not required.
+ Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to build cross functional partnerships.
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and accounting system packages; experience with SAP preferred.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Own and oversee Pharma GPO Admin Fee and Customer Rebate accounting functions, including the following responsibilities:
+ Ensure admin fees and rebates are accurate and reasonable upon being setup in SAP Vistex.
+ Review true-up entries posted during the month for accuracy.
+ Perform continual subledger maintenance.
+ Prepare/review balance sheet reconciliations.
+ Perform month-over-month accrual analysis during month-end close; determine if adjustments are needed; keep Finance informed on research conclusions.
+ Confirm new and amended agreements are properly captured and recorded within the subledger.
+ Validate terminating agreements prior to removing from subledger.
+ Investigate aged accrual/reserve balances; independently perform action steps required to fully resolve.
+ Review and reconcile Month-End Close Tracker to ensure all Vistex and manual journal entries have been posted and accounted for.
+ Prepare Month-End Close Driver and Risk & Opportunity Summaries for delivery to Accounting and Finance business partners.
+ Establish processes and mechanisms to review and monitor quality of outsourced staff work product; effectively partner with outsourced staff to take necessary course correcting actions and leverage both the retained organization and outsourced organizational structure to take action in accordance with established governance protocols.
+ Respond to direct inquiries pertaining to GPO Admin Fees and Customer Rebates coming from both internal and external stakeholders
+ Investigate issues by conducting a thorough root cause analysis; establish preventative measures to avoid recurring issues.
+ Maintain and enhance internal SOX control structure, effectively responding to and mitigating risks, as necessary.
+ Identify, drive, and implement process improvement initiatives; collaborate with others to standardize processes and templates across Rebate functions.
+ Collaborate with business partners across the organization to properly account for transactions, including but not limited to Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Sales/Account Management, Revenue Management, Contracting, Standards & Compliance, etc.
+ Assists in the management of the monthly financial close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and performing timely review of results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP.
+ Performs special projects and financial analysis to support the business needs as requested.
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
