Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for assisting patient with and per plan of care, the following;
+ Baths, Oral hygiene, Dressing and undressing, Toileting activities, feeding, etc
+ Taking and recording oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)
+ Safe transfer and ambulation techniques
+ Exercise according to the plan of care
+ Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)
+ Patient's laundry
+ Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)
+ Observation and teaching of home safety practices
+ Recognition of an emergency situation and knowledge of emergency management procedures
+ Must follow patients plan of care and complete all tasks assigned
+ Communicates in a constant, clear, and effective way with the client, family/caregiver and office
+ Observes and documents patient condition and reports any changes, to the assigned nurse supervisor
Requirements:
+ Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable
+ Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given
+ Possess and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with state regulation
+ PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Successful completion of Maxim screening examinations
+ Participation and completion of Maxim's competency program
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

We are hiring HHA's and will train experienced caregivers to work as Home Health Aides (HHA). Our ideal candidates are compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals with a desire to enhance the lives of our senior adult and disabled clients.

REQUIREMENTS
- CPR/First Aid certified (Required American Heart or Red Cross)
- Certificate showing Negative for TB (Required)
- Valid driver's license
- Photocopy of Social Security Card
- Current proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- CNA License or completed HHA Competency test.
- Federal fingerprinting requirement (Gchecxs)
- Physical
- Bank slip or screenshot from your account with the routing and account #'s

Essential Duties:
- Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
- Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking and * laundry, mobility, and walking assistance.
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
- Toileting and personal hygiene assistance
- Medication reminders
- Routine transfer assistance
- Bathing and showering assistance
- Transportation and errand running services.
Additionally, we provide ongoing training and an incentive program that enhances your professional growth as a caregiver.
Benefits (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistance: As a Caregiver with Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc., you will begin our service with a comprehensive orientation and training program. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a caregiver in a home environment with at least two (2) verifiable references
Education/Training :
Specialized Training is required for all personal care.
