Creative Strategy Analysts are key members of the Data Driven Marketing team who work with senior client management to create and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns for retail banks and expanding verticals. **What's the Job?**
As a Sr. Manager, Marketing & Creative Strategy, you'll be responsible for the strategic development, oversight, and execution of marketing and creative campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Leading the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with CRM, Communications, and other cross-functional teams
+ Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from strategic planning to final creative delivery
+ Developing creative briefs and collaborating with external agencies on customer-facing initiatives (email, direct mail, billing messages, etc.)
+ Writing and implementing select tactics internally, including sales enablement content and communications
+ Ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and meets regulatory and legal requirements
+ Reviewing content for accuracy and compliance, securing stakeholder approvals, and managing timelines across multiple initiatives
+ Supporting initiatives that range from equipment swaps to service transitions and upsell campaigns
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in marketing, with a focus on customer communications or CRM

+ Proven ability to lead creative strategy and campaign execution across multiple channels
