In this role, you will be responsible for launching and landing the first commercial product in the Google Beam portfolio. **Responsibilities:**

Fiber Installation Technician (Cable Installer) work both inside and outside the home and are responsible for the installation and customer experience of the new Broadband integrated digital TV, high speed Internet and voice services.

A new service order may include:
• Connecting fiber optic jumpers and drops (AERIAL, BURIED AND PLENUM)
• May require running of temporary fiber drop in a manner that does not pose a safety hazard to the public
• Splicing of fiber drop connectors
• Installation of ONT and power supplies
• Installations may require running or reusing COAX or CAT5 wiring
• Installations may require burying CAT5/COAX up to 50 ft.
• Verification of service
Internet Service:
• Installation of Internet hubs and routers
• Installations may require utilization of MOCA technology
• Installations may require running or reusing CAT5 or COAX
• Installations may include CAT5 buried drop up to 50ft.
• Configuration of customer-owned computers
• Educating customer about Internet access
• Verification of service
If Video Service is ordered:
• Installations include running COAX cable to TV Boxes

Job Requirements:
• Valid state driver's license and non-negligent driving record.

Location: Dallas, TX (3 days onsite) - need to be onsite day one
Duration: 1 year
Responsibilities:
Provides intermediate level technical support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) engineering with minimal oversight.
Designs, implements, and deploys custom cloud platform configuration via IaC to support and meet business needs. Identifies opportunities for improvement, escalating as necessary.
Monitors and supports health of GCP platform through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains proficient knowledge of cloud software and infrastructure platforms.
Trains and mentors staff and IT project teams, providing guidance and consultation as required. Writes and maintains documentation for the department.
Administers systems by actively managing patching, routine maintenance and backups to include the scheduling and execution of related tasks. Evaluating system performance and capacity in a large distributed infrastructure environment
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years Google Cloud experience is a must have. Along with Terraform/Github Infrastructure as code experience.
