Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Group Fitness Instructor certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE) with experience leading various class formats.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer and/or group fitness instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, and nutrition principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and adapt programs accordingly.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and professional demeanor.
