Summary of Position:
The Production Planner is responsible for assisting the Master Scheduler and the Supply Chain team to consistently meet customer expectations for delivery and service by effectively utilizing available shop capacity and resources and maintaining a balanced flow of material throughout the facility.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for loading and balancing the production schedule across multiple work-center groups and departments.
- Set clear, achievable delivery commitments for internal and external customers.
- Track planned work orders and adjust the schedule to account for any production issues that directly impact the timing of completion.
- Analyze resource capacity and efficiently load each production machine and work center to maintain a consistent flow of product throughout the facility.
- Support the S&OP process by continuous review of production performance and adherence to the master schedule, inventory status, and capacity utilization.
- Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels to ensure high service levels for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Monitor and adjust WIP and Finished Goods inventory levels on an ongoing basis to meet inventory turn goals.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Managers and the Master Scheduler to meet plant performance goals and objectives.
- Report key metrics as requested by senior management.
- Adhere to the TOMZ Quality Management System.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience planning in a machining environment, preferably in an ISO 13485 certified facility.
- ERP / MRP experience in Epicor or similar ERP software.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite – advanced skills with MS Excel.
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
Education:
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business (desired) , or equivalent combination of education and planning experience.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a production planning role working for a direct manufacturer (required)
Preferred Skills:
- Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations knowledge.

Who You Are:
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the packaging and labeling of the finished goods at our cultivation and manufacturing centers. You will be responsible for the production of a variety of finished products including packaged, dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and vape pens, and infused products. Our production team is expected to maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products and will carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging, and labeling per standard operating procedures set by Curaleaf and our production management.

Main Responsibilities:
- Set Up and Operate Taping Machines
- Follow Specification for Insulation Wire
- Inspect Finished Products and Testing
- Maintain Work Area Clean
- Comply with PPE and Safety Requirements
- Ability to train and support new employees by sharing job knowledge, demonstrating correct procedures, and reinforcing safety and quality standards until they achieve full qualification.
Set up and operate taping machines to insulate aluminum and copper wire based on order specifications for insulation type, width, thickness of layers, and footage.

Position Specifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of recent manufacturing experience.
- At least 2 years of recent Machine Operator experience.

- High level of mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with basic hand tools and measuring devices, verified through work history and references.
Preferred Qualifications:

Summary
Envipco is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly of Envipco’s Reverse Vending Machines in our US facility. This includes leading a team of mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblers in the production of new and refurbished equipment. Additional responsibilities will include leading the team in following operational processes and adhering to quality and safety standards, as well as maintaining production flow, efficiency, and adherence to the daily/weekly/monthly schedule.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the production line in daily operations in the assembly of new and refurbished Reverse Vending Machines. This includes ensuring that Production meets all schedule requirements, goals, and customer demand, while monitoring efficiency and addressing any potential bottlenecks or delays.
Monitor the assembly of components and machines across all platforms to ensure compliance with Envipco’s quality standards and the goal of delivering machines to Quality Inspection ‘Right the First Time’.
Become proficient in all Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Assemblies to function as the primary trainer of new team members and assist as an assembler/operator as required.
Assist Production with troubleshooting mechanical or Electro-Mechanical issues and collaborate with Quality and/or Engineering to ensure their resolution.
Instill and maintain a positive team atmosphere on the production line. Able to communicate effectively with diverse personalities,
Assist management with conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback and offering support for employee development.
Must have the ability to multitask and be flexible enough to deal with directional shifts, as schedules may change due to new customer orders and changing demand.
Qualifications/Experience:
· High School diploma required, completed college coursework a plus
· 3 to 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment is required.
· Supervisory experience (professional full-time, co-op, or military) strongly desired
· Computer literate with basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
· Hungry for challenge, knowledge, and growth
· Aptitude and drive to achieve results both independently and in a group
· Ability to take and give direction, responsibility, and lead by example
· Ability to lift 35 to 50 lbs. and team lift more.
