Credence has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer who will assist in the technical solution and development/implementation of applications and AI solutions. will also, manage and participate in designing and developing solutions using various OOTB modules such as Product Catalog, ServiceNow Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules, Request Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CSM, and other ServiceNow modules, as required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below- Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
- Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets)
- Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
- Ensure that the platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes.
- Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support
- Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
- Work with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements
- Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps
- Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
- Ability to maintain and develop scoped applications
- Working with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.

- Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications.
- Minimum US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Five (5) to seven (7) Plus years of ServiceNow experience
- Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.
- Good understanding of ACLs

• Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for creating and managing workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) AND Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.

The base salary for this position is $00,000 - 140,000. The estimated on-target earning, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions, are 130,000 - 180,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.

- Sr. ServiceNow Operations Engineer is responsible for performing systems support activities (platform enhancements, platform engagements, etc.) and required participation in an on-call rotation (working incidents/requests) for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
- Follows documented procedures in the code migration process while ensuring service availability and general best practices are adhered to.
