We are seeking a Director to support both Global Integrated Evidence and Digital Health R&D team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with, and/or be a critical partner to Early Phase & Translational Medical, Clinical Development, Value and Real-World Evidence, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Data and Analytics, Digital Health and Commercial functions.
Responsibilities common to both integrated evidence strategy and digital health activities are as follows:
+ Drive process with cross-functional teams for the development and ongoing maintenance of evidence plans for prioritized assets/programs
+ Gather pertinent information, apply scientific expertise to synthesize information for cross-functional discussion, lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops including agenda preparation, documentation of meeting outcomes
+ Apply expertise in curating relevant materials for evidence plan development to facilitate pressure testing of these plans and challenge functional representatives to ensure plans are aligned with global asset strategy and overall asset vision
+ Provide expert scientific feedback on study concepts and study protocols in governance meeting and review processes
+ Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations and progress on strategic initiatives
+ Prepare, review and present materials to Otsuka and alliance governance committees and leadership
Responsibilities specific to digital health include:
+ Support the development and execution of digital health R&D strategies, focusing on digital therapeutics and/or digital measures/biomarkers
+ From ideation to implementation of digital measures/biomarkers, identify KPIs, challenges and develop actionable solutions
+ Assist the team with various ad hoc tasks as needed, including monitoring the ecosystem for emerging technologies and novel measures, measurement techniques, conducting literature review.
**Qualifications/Required**
Knowledge/Experience and Skills:
+ Demonstrated expertise in psychiatry, neurology, nephrology or immunology
+ At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or evidence generation and/or digital health in life sciences / technology sector
+ Demonstrated solid understanding of evidence requirements in US and globally, key concepts and principles related to Ph1-4 clinical studies and non-interventional studies including an understanding of strengths and limitations of a methodological approaches and clinical trial designs
+ Possess an enterprise mindset and experience establishing strong collaborative internal relationships in a matrixed organization with global and local colleagues
+ Ability to gain senior leadership alignment on functional area initiatives and programs
+ Excellence in strategic thinking and problem solving
+ Demonstrated skills working in complex corporate environments and exercising influence without authority

The **Transitions of Care - RN, 100% Virtual, CareBridge** is responsible for participating in delivery of patient education and disease management interventions and for performing health coaching for members, across multiple lines, for health improvement/management programs for chronic diseases.
**How You Will Make an Impact**
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Conducts behavioral or clinical assessments to identify individual member knowledge, skills and behavioral needs.
+ Identifies and/or coordinates specific health coaching plan needs to address objectives and goals identified during assessments.
+ Interfaces with provider and other health professionals to coordinate health coaching plan for the member.
+ Implements and/or coordinates coaching and/or care plans by educating members regarding clinical needs and facilitating referrals to health professionals for behavioral health needs.
+ Uses motivational interviewing to facilitate health behavior change.
+ Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of interventions and/or health coaching plans and modifies as needed.
+ Directs members to facilities, community agencies and appropriate provider/network.
+ Refers member to catastrophic case management.
**Minimum Requirements:**
Requires AS in nursing and minimum of 2 years of condition specific clinical or home health/discharge planning experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:**
+ Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
+ Current, unrestricted, Compact RN license in applicable state(s) is highly preferred.
+ Experience in care of adult, chronically ill patients, chronically ill pediatric patients, patients with IDD and patients with special needs is preferred.
+ Home Health, Utilization Management or Case Management experience strongly preferred.
+ Previous Transitions of Care experience a plus.
+ Working knowledge of computers and ability to document effectively and efficiently in an electronic system.
+ Expert communicator over the telephone, providing timely, appropriate advice and/or guidance with health care issues.

Job Description
Responsible for multiple Enrollment internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as review enhancement ROI. Candidate must have strong analytic, organizational skills and the ability to independently resolve issues and remove hurdles. This is a hybrid role that requires Program Management, System Analyst and Sr. Business Analyst skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, analyzing, managing assignments, assisting team members, oversight of vendor projects, reviewing team outputs, review of deployment request and post deployment monitoring.
Building and maintaining strong relationships and proactive processes are key to the success of this team. The selected candidate would act as the liaison between the business, vendors , IT, and support Program Managers and Business Analyst in a subject matter expert capacity. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Coordinates with business analyst, IT and business areas, provides and reviews requirements and test results.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
+ Independently manage and deliver Enrollment Enterprise wide project initiatives from inception through delivery
+ Subject matter expert of enrollment to Program Managers and Analyst and in functional areas (Inbound and Outbound)
+ Communicate and collaborate with Operations, Health Plans and Leadership to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements
+ Develops, defines, and executes plans, schedules, and deliverables. Monitors programs from initiation through delivery
+ Identify root cause, function and process improvement opportunities that are critical to effective outcome
+ Leads programs to meet critical needs. Including but not limited to BRD reviews, logic changes, root cause analysis, etc.
+ Works with operational leaders within the business to provide recommendations on opportunities for process improvements
+ Collaborate with Other Teams within Molina to deliver End to End for any process within Enrollment Accounting Team
+ Active collaborator responsible for operation projects and programs involving enrollment and eligibility
+ Works with cross-functional teams and IT and business subject matter expert and to deliver products from design to completion
+ Subject matter expert of enrollment and provides knowledge and feedback to ensure regulatory and Addresses health plan concerns within Enrollment Operations
+ Researches, interpret, define and summarize enhancement recommendations
+ Provides health plan requirement recommendations
+ Responsible for managing deliverables, improving performance, training needs, support to other business units
+ Strong business knowledge related to Medicaid and Medicare lines of business
+ Reviews enrollment issue trends and provides long term solutions as needed
+ Manages, creates and communicates status reports
+ Ensures compliant with regulatory and company guidelines, including HIPAA compliance
+ This position primarily focuses on project/program management related to the business projects, rather than the technical application projects
+ Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, program management and other processes relative to the business
+ Participate and lead brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts to build efficiencies
+ Ideally possess minimum of 5 years' experience with eligibility processing, including; eligibility Applications and Files
