**The Role**
We are seeking a Senior Lead QA Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to join our ServiceNow development team. This role is ideal for an experienced hands-on QA engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about driving quality through automation and continuous testing practices.
**Location**
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems.
+ Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF), including the ability to write JavaScript on ServiceNow to enhance ATF's automation and capabilities.
+ Build and maintain test scripts for human testers to use.
+ Perform both unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, as well as within those external systems
+ Representing the QA and testing perspective while working directly with highly technical developers, helping to define a test-centric technical architecture that facilitates scalable change.
+ Work with our central QA team to integrate with end-to-end testing tools such as Selenium or similar.
+ Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage to ensure the overall quality for ServiceNow environment and solutions built within it.
+ Take the lead on pre-emptively both building tools and testing automation, as well as scheduling and performing testing - within the ServiceNow platform, as well as outside of it.
+ Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure QA alignment with development goals.
+ Drive adoption of continuous testing practices across the ServiceNow development lifecycle.
+ Must be able to mentor team members on QA practices and contribute to the evolution of QA best practices within the team.
+ Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles.
+ Must have minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience, but broader QA Engineering experience is also welcome
+ Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
+ Experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks.
+ Proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team.
+ Strong experience working directly with large development/engineering teams.
+ Solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including working both with developers and with business stakeholders.
+ Experience gathering testing requirements - including working with stakeholders and by deriving testing requirements directly from technical requirements, and by working with the responsible developers and technical architects.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain US government suitability clearance as a condition of employment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
+ Experience with performance and load testing within ServiceNow is a plus.
+ Background including ServiceNow development and ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is advantageous.
**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Test Automation Architect

DCCA is looking for an experienced Testing Automation Architect to expand our automation capabilities within our organization.
Job Requirements:
Candidates to have healthcare systems implementation experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and expertise in leading client presentations. In addition, individuals to have rich experience in testing automation using multiple tools, expertise in developing automation frameworks and automation strategy, as well as significant experience in leading testing activities across multiple clients.
Location - Remote
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop a testing automation strategy for a financial management system with complex automation requirements for one of our Federal clients, CMS
• Analyze existing frameworks and recommend best practices for maintainability and effective automation
• Set automation goals and establish measurable KPIs to demonstrate progress and ROI
• Align automation strategy with business objectives
• Provide mentorship to a team of testing automation specialists to design, develop, and execute testing automation solutions
• Collaborate with team to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives
• Implement a test data management strategy for different types of testing
• Develop and maintain timelines for automation efforts
• Work with automation lead on design of test scripts
• Lookout for opportunities to reduce technical debt
• Ensure progress of test activities as per plan, adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs
• Investigate and diagnose problems, propose and execute solutions
• Keep up with the industry trends and employ new tools/techniques for effective test automation
Required Skills:
• 8 years developing and implementing test automation solutions
• Experience of working with large-scale and complex implementations
• Experience in creating automation frameworks for API and UI testing
• Proficient in languages such as Java, JavaScript and Python
• Experience with creating testing artifacts on agile projects based on acceptance criteria and design documents
• Background in healthcare
• Expertise on multiple automation tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, Cucumber, Sauce Labs
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, GitHub, Jenkins
• Excellent understanding of the Testing Lifecycle and the different types of testing such as Functional, Integration & Performance Testing
• Proven ability to understand existing Test Processes and Plans and identify improvements and efficiencies
Desired Skills :
• CMS or Healthcare Experience
• Experience leading test automation teams
• Experience in Agile development methodology
• DevOps, CI/CD, Continuous testing environments
Education/Certifications:
• Computer Science degree or Bachelor's degree in a related major.
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 100,000 to 150,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
