**Operations Team Lead**
**We are seeking a proactive and skilled** **Operations Team Lead** **to join our team in Atlanta, GA . In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and cost-effective daily operations of our Logistics Center. You'll lead by example, fostering a productive and efficient environment while directly impacting our ability to meet both internal and external customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership abilities and a passion for operational excellence to contribute to a company with a history of reinvention and growth.**
**Location - Atlanta, GA** **Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am- 3:30** **Compensation - $ per hour**
**Responsibilities**
+ **Mentor and Train Team Members:** **Provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and constructive performance feedback to a diverse team, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.**
+ **Manage Operational Flow:** **Oversee the efficient management of incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulous organization of merchandise, and maintenance of accurate warehouse inventory.**
+ **Optimize Production Schedules:** **Develop and implement effective production schedules, strategically allocating resources to ensure the timely completion of all job assignments.**
+ **Monitor and Report Performance:** **Continuously track operational activities and prepare detailed reports for designated personnel to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement.**
+ **Foster Positive Employee Relations:** **Act as a key point of contact for team members, escalating issues to the Supervisor when necessary and actively promoting open and inclusive communication across all levels of the organization.**
**Qualifications**
+ **Experience in Warehouse Leadership:** **A minimum of 1-2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.**
+ **WMS Proficiency:** **Demonstrated experience in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage and optimize logistics operations.**
+ **Strong Conflict Resolution Skills:** **Proven ability to effectively resolve workplace conflicts and expertly manage team dynamics.**
+ **Data-Driven Mindset:** **Experience monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).**
+ **Physical Dexterity:** **Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.**
