The dry dock logistics manager will perform the planning and logistics management functions to support Dry Dock/Special Projects execution for the CCL fleet.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Contract and manage on-site Dry Dock Logistics providers. Responsible for performance management, development for direct reports as well as managing day-to-day activities for all 3PL, contractors, and direct reports.
- Establish key metrics and success criteria for projects.
- Responsible for timetable and deadlines to ensure timely execution for the logistics. Must elevate to upper management when issues are not occurring in a timely manner.
- Completely responsible for planning and execution of the logistics of all aspects of the dry docks.
- Manage timelines and communications with internal customers and external partners.
- Develop master schedule for shipping cutoffs and exception management.
- Responsible to successfully manage work relationships with all stakeholders.
- Establish procedures for reverse logistics and product returns. Conduct lessons learned at the end of each project with major stakeholders.
Required for all Jobs:
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Major: bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or Engineering preferred.
- Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Logistics working with 3rd party contractors and FT EE’s.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Required regular movement throughout CCL facilities.
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
- May need to stand for long periods of time.
Travel:
- 40% - 50% travel.

Work Conditions:

Compensation:
The range for this role’s base salary is $90,000 - $105,000 . Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
