Qualifications For Success
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will include assisting with asset management duties including modeling, portfolio analysis and reporting, property valuation and performance analysis, lease analysis and special projects with a primary focus on the Housing sector. Up to 25% of the associate's time may be spent on acquisition, portfolio management, or research tasks.
- Review annual operating budgets and assist in annual business plan preparation and presentation.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios.
- Maintain portfolio models.
- Assist with preparation and review of portfolio level and client reports.
