Job Summary
The Registered Nurse in Personal Care Services provides and directs provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. The Registered Nurse coordinates the plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, case manager and other community resources.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards, in
accordance with the plan of care/service plan, and in coordination with other members of the patient/client’s
care team from admit through discharge. - Completes clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements and as
required by payer - Ensures the patient/client’s eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source and
agency policy. - Develops and revises individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or state
program requirements with other community providers. - Ensures plan of care frequency and duration meets the needs of the patient and initiates plan of care
revisions as needed with physician approval.
Experience Desired
- A minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred
License Requirements
- Must have current RN licensure in state of Tennessee.

TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Experts will confidently take on the role of its public face with the support, guidance, and resources provided by Intuit. This includes hosting engaging learning events, participating in local marketing efforts, and demystifying taxes to make them accessible and approachable.

- Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Create an exceptional customer experience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals (e.g., saving for retirement, college funds, weddings, or vacations). - Interact with customers both in-person and through Intuit’s state-of-the-art video communication tools. Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.
Who You Are:
- Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location
- Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
