1. Oversees the design, procurement, implementation, and maintenance of County mission critical networks and systems with a primary focus on ensuring their security and protection against vulnerabilities and cyber threats. 8. Builds and manages user permissions, role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity lifecycle processes.
9. Conducts regular vulnerability scans, assesses risk, and ensures timely patching and remediation.
10. Evaluates cybersecurity risks and recommends improvements based on threat intelligence, emerging technologies, and best practices.
