We are looking for a highly motivated ABAP DEVELOPER who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the NextLabs Data-centric security.

Responsibilities

  • This is a hybrid role including customer facing implementations and internal projects
  • Candidate will be an application developer with the role of an individual contributor.
  • Design, develop and support application solutions with in R3 and S/4 HANA.
  • Develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
  • Will help to design and implement Automated Unit testing framework to drive best practices using ABAP Units / ABAP Double.
  • Will develop RESTful and SOAP based API interfaces for various SAP components for external consumptions or helping setup cloud deployments
  • Research and provide analysis of requirements and customer request including new functionality introduced in the SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite.
  • Contributes to project deliverables by review, approval and adherence to artifacts and deliverables such as, but not limited to, the following:
    • Testing Strategy
    • Test Plan(s)
    • Cutover Plan
    • Hypercare Plan
  • Provides feedback and solutions to help resolve escalated items and drive key decisions.
  • Assists hands-on with RICEFW development as needed to support project timelines and objectives.

Position Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in ERP technologies preferably SAP, Technical consultant experience in SAP, ABAP, HANA & Fiori applications
  • 3-6 years experiences in ABAP are welcome to apply
  • Multiple SAP implementations
  • Experience in various types of projects / roles (e.g. upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, AMS)
  • Proficient in effectively managing and motivating individuals and teams.
  • Ability to analyze and drive the resolution of cross-functional issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to function independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
