Join our team in Fargo, ND, for the upcoming harvest season as an Agricultural Worker. This full-time role, from March to November, offers hands-on experience in field and processing operations, with the potential to transition into full-time employment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
**Responsibilities**
+ Field Work: Travel outside Fargo-Moorhead city limits up to a 1-hour radius, returning daily by 4 PM without overnight stays.
+ Assist with crop harvesting, including wheat, corn, and soybeans.
+ Use a sheath to cut crops in organized rows and columns.
+ Work in varying outdoor conditions such as dusty, dry, hot, and wet environments.
+ Occasionally support nursery operations.
