Essential Functions:

• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout service
• Stock and replenish bar inventory including spirits, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware
• Assist bartenders with ingredient preparation and cocktail garnish prep

The Barback will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked, and supporting the Bartender to ensure that the bar operates smoothly. Responsibilities
