What This Role Will Do
  1. Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
  2. Follow Special Events guidelines to ensure event success
  3. Handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25 lbs.
  4. Clean and assist with maintaining bar equipment
  5. Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to company policy
  6. Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
  7. Separate glass, cardboard, and plastics per local codes
  8. Operate trash compactor per procedures policy
  9. Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and company alcohol policies
  10. Ensure that trash containers are clean, free of odor and lined
  11. Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
  12. Par all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times
  13. Par all bars per venue specifications
  14. Wash and clean all bar glassware using proper cleaning supplies and techniques
  15. Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue

  • Knowledge of SNHD protocol.
  • Communicate effectively with management for any product missing or out of date.
  • Collaborate with management team and bartenders to perform regular inventories, ascertain par levels for items and compile weekly orders.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the bar tops, bar wells, floors, coolers and related job storage.
  • Maintains par stock levels during and before end of shift.
  • Process all requisition from beverage vendors and/or any warehouse confirming all items were properly ordered and received.
  • Distribute all orders to the appropriate locations.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift and bend.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as requested.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Recommended Casino Barback experience but not required. Must be 21 years old. Must have or be able to acquire a valid NV Health Card, TAM and Non-Gaming Card. Be able to reach, bend, pull and lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels

POSITION SUMMARY

The role will be pivotal in supporting the bartenders, maintaining bar operations, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience while enjoying our innovative entertainment offerings.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a barback role or similar hospitality position preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and maintaining inventory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support bartenders by stocking and replenishing bar inventory, including beverages, glassware, and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including clearing and cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of garnishes, mixes, and ingredients for cocktails and beverages.
  • Ensure timely collection and disposal of empty glasses, bottles, and waste to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Collaborate with the bar team to expedite drink orders and maintain a smooth flow of service.
  • Uphold Atomic Golf's service standards by providing prompt and attentive assistance to guests and bartenders.
  • Aid in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service hours.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and energetic work environment.
