We are seeking a Technology-Focused Business Analyst to support our email and cross-channel marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Responsys or Braze and a deep understanding of data integrations, APIs, and system workflows, paired with knowledge of marketing reporting and customer engagement strategies.
