- Proven experience working on mixed commercial projects, including K-12 or municipal work, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proven experience working in projects valued at $10M+ and managing complex, high-budget projects.
- Between 5-10 years of working experience in construction, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with clients, architects, and project teams.

In this position, you will work as part of a team working on ground up construction projects to install piping, tanks and electrical/mechanical systems. We provide classroom and on the job training for our install/construction positions and service technicians. In this positions you may work at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, and airports, etc.
Essential Functions
• Ability to travel to job sites (may require overnight travel).
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
• Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Construction experience a plus.
• Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity is preferred.
• Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
• Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Reliable employee, detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75 -100 lbs.
• Ability to work outside during all types of weather.
• Ability to work with others to ensure deadlines are met.
