- At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in a law firm, title company, mortgage lender, or other regulated environments.
- Hands-on expertise with residential mortgage document platforms and workflow management systems.
- Proficiency with software such as DocMagic, Encompass, or similar tools used in mortgage processes.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and data encryption protocols.

Role Summary
The CTO will define, lead, and scale DECA’s technology vision. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
