PERFORMANCE AND OPERATIONS
- Conduct primary quality control, pricing and listing strategies for all incoming eBay qualified submissions including Home Goods, Art Work, Unique Collectibles, Sporting Goods and Electronics.
- Research and identify items and determine the best pricing to optimize value and revenue growth.
- Take clear and precise photographs highlighting the merchandise unique characteristics.
- Enter item descriptions with appropriate detail and selling points via Infinity AI or other resources.
- Maintain an organized, neat, clean and safe work center.
- Deliver listing goal and other KPIs in conjunction with annual performance objectives.
- Engage in other duties as necessary i.e. shelving, shipping and listing outside your primary work center.
QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledgeable of the artwork industry and basic knowledge of the exotics and unique collectibles industry.

About You:
You must be passionate about proper packaging, and have good spatial awareness. You'll be comfortable preparing product to survive shipping with high levels of accuracy and low rate of mispicks in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of orders. We have a diverse team of employees that you'll become a part of.
You have open availability on weekdays and weekends. You are detail oriented, punctual, dependable, and enjoy gift wrapping
Availability to work Monday to Sunday is necessary, as well as the ability to work additional hours during peak seasonal periods. This is an active role that requires standing or walking for most of each shift.
Current hours of operation are 10am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter able to complete tasks with minimal supervision once training is completed, whilst working and communicating as part of the fulfillment team
- Able to retain information and learn product ranges for excellent customer service
