Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
About The JobWe are seeking a Planning Project Manager to drive the systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives that power Anduril's supply planning and operational readiness. This role will be at the center of our efforts to scale planning, material readiness, and hardware fulfillment in alignment with rapidly evolving product and deployment needs. As a Planning Project Manager, you will work across Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Deployment Ops to ensure we can plan and deliver the right hardware, at the right time, with minimal friction and maximum scalability. You'll bring clarity to complex planning problems, lead high-impact projects from conception to execution, and build the planning foundation needed to support Anduril's next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder alignment.
What You'll DoLead Cross-Functional Planning Projects
- Drive planning work streams from kickoff to execution, aligning stakeholders across supply chain, product, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of planning goals
- Chart project trajectories, run operational cadences, identify and resolve blockers, while executing with urgency and precision
Design & Optimize Planning Processes
- Identify and implement scalable processes for demand, supply, and material planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge upstream business capabilities with downstream outcomes
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and planning tools and aggressively pursue adoption
Partner with Systems & Analytics Teams
- Translate planning challenges into system requirements and partner with Business Analytics to implement ERP and planning tool enhancements
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into material availability, constraints, and fulfillment risks
Enable Strategic Decision-Making
- Leverage data to analyze supply-demand imbalances, identify planning gaps, and proactively communicate trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders
- Jump freely in and out of operational value chains including S&OP, NPI planning, and long-range forecasting to understand and drive alignment across business functions
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Monitor planning KPIs and drive initiatives to relentlessly reduce waste, improve accuracy, and increase on-time delivery rates.
- Proactively identify issues and work to implement fixes
- You have strong operational instincts and a track record of owning complex, ambiguous planning problems from start to finish.
- You think strategically and execute tactically - you're just as comfortable designing a planning framework as you are diving into the details of a late supplier PO.
- You bring a data-driven mindset and can turn analytics into action; you know how to interpret demand signals, build plans, and communicate clearly.
- You're systems fluent, with experience working across ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and can partner effectively with technical teams to improve tooling.
- You lead with cross-functional empathy - understanding the needs of engineering, product, deployment, and finance to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure in environments that are scaling fast.
- You are high ownership, low ego, and value results over credit.
- You anticipate friction before it happens and proactively work to prevent issues rather than react to them.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in supply planning, program management, or operations in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
US Salary Range $100,000 - $150,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Planning Project Manager to drive the systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives that power Anduril's supply planning and operational readiness.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead Cross-Functional Planning Projects
- Drive planning work streams from kickoff to execution, aligning stakeholders across supply chain, product, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of planning goals
- Chart project trajectories, run operational cadences, identify and resolve blockers, while executing with urgency and precision
- Identify and implement scalable processes for demand, supply, and material planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge upstream business capabilities with downstream outcomes
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and planning tools and aggressively pursue adoption
- Translate planning challenges into system requirements and partner with Business Analytics to implement ERP and planning tool enhancements
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into material availability, constraints, and fulfillment risks
- You think strategically and execute tactically -you're just as comfortable designing a planning framework as you are diving into the details of a late supplier PO.
- You bring a data-driven mindset and can turn analytics into action; you know how to interpret demand signals, build plans, and communicate clearly.
- You're systems fluent , with experience working across ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and can partner effectively with technical teams to improve tooling.
- You lead with cross-functional empathy -understanding the needs of engineering, product, deployment, and finance to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure in environments that are scaling fast.
- You are high ownership, low ego , and value results over credit.
$100,000-$150,000 USD
