+ Attention to detail, legal research, and analytical problem-solving expertise.
+ Understanding of foreign patent prosecution procedures (preferred).
+ Experience in relevant sectors such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, medical devices, robotics, semiconductors, power generation, agriculture, building systems, or consumer products (preferred).
Education and Experience:
+ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
+ Active bar membership in the state of Minnesota (certificate of good standing required).
+ Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
+ At least 2 years of experience in patent prosecution within a law firm or corporate environment.
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience in an electrical engineering position.
Compensation & Benefits:
+ Competitive salary, ranging between $120,000 and $200,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background.
