**Shifts Available:**
+ **Sunday-Tuesday & Alternate Wednesday:** 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
+ **Sunday-Tuesday & Alternate Saturday:** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
+ **Thursday-Saturday & Alternate Wednesday:** 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
+ **Wednesday-Friday & Alternate Saturday:** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
**Pay Rate:** $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manually insert mail with multiple papers when machinery is unsuitable.
+ Craft boxes to hold large document quantities, ensuring no mixing of statements.
+ Type documents, enclose flyers, and run mail through meters for stamping.
+ Ensure accurate and timely dispatch to the post office.

You will contribute significantly to Honeywell's processes and strategies aimed at achieving business performance goals. In this role, you will support business leaders by presenting detailed programmatic information, including requirements, actions, and status updates. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong project management skills, including risk management.
The Project Manager-Postal & Parcel Services focuses on managing commercial and industrial construction projects that use Honeywell building technology products.
Working under the moderate supervision of the Sr Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing tasks related to scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value, and quality.
This role will work on a Hybrid work schedule out of the Mason, OH site (7901 Innovation Way, Mason, OH) Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage a portfolio of projects concurrently
+ Coordinate Cost Acct Managers
+ Implement program plans
+ Understand budget/schedule
+ Adhere to Honeywell's processes
+ Utilize Cora PPM (Honeywell Operating System for records management)
+ Accurately forecast financially the work activities planned on each project and to drive working capital
+ Drive work activities to maintain project schedules; engineering submittals, procurement, site works (subcontract or technician)
+ Collaborate with Functions
+ Coordinate & provide guidance
+ Support capacity analysis
+ Assure timely management
+ Present programmatic details
+ Travel: up to 50% US/Canada/Mexico
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $109,000- $20,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 109,000- 120,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. + High School diploma or GED
