Responsibilities

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop plans for fabrication and welding work.
+ Proficiency in TIG welding and general welding techniques for stainless steel fabrication.
+ Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, height gauges, and tape measures with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Capability to identify, cut, and form tubing and fittings to match customer specifications.
+ Strong understanding of basic math to support measuring, layout, and fabrication tasks (preferred).
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new fabrication methods and processes (required).

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a fabrication shop environment focused on stainless steel welding and assembly. You will work on 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., using equipment such as TIG welders, cutting tools, calipers, height gauges, and tape measures. The setting is fast-paced and safety-oriented, with established procedures for operating tools and handling materials. Appropriate work attire suitable for a fabrication and welding shop is expected, with adherence to all safety and protective equipment requirements.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
