The Senior Manager, Project Execution role will oversee the estimating, planning, and execution of projects assigned, taking ultimate responsibility for the key deliverables on each project. Plan and assign work responsibilities to direct reports, manage people, monitor, and report on deliverables. Role Responsibilities:
- Undergraduate Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field
- Project Management PMP certification preferred
- Plan, monitor, and control all assigned projects' scope, budget, and schedule.
- Supervise direct reports as a manager in both project and business contexts.
- Travel as needed to meet departmental goals.
- Delegate responsibility amongst direct reports, monitor and progress report.
- Responsibility for overall deliverables as designated by the supervisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally through various departments to complete tasks assigned.
- Review and approve EPC and subcontract language for all projects to ensure scope captures all aspects of the projects requirements to protect the company.
- Remain abreast of IRA and other pertinent financial requirements and integrate requirements into EPC or subcontract documents.
- Maintain an expert level knowledge of project delivery means methods and techniques in order to direct the work of others.
- Retain working knowledge of all forms of agreement for off takers including Power Purchase Agreements, shared savings, Energy Performance Contract and Tolling agreements.
- Review and interpret reports from Project and Construction managers and provide analysis and recommendation on appropriate path.
- Creative problem-solving ability within a team setting
- Oversee Residential Business Workmanship warranty and production claims.
- Negotiate with subcontractors or EPCs as appropriate
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of direct experience in Solar and Battery Storage project delivery, being involved with the project planning, construction, commissioning, and operation
- Minimum of Three (3) years of experience managing teams of Project and Construction Managers
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships

The Senior Director of Project Execution is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of utility scale construction projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, quality standards, budget, schedule, and safety compliance. This role oversees project execution team members and works closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to deliver best-in-class construction outcomes across project types (e.g., Wind, Solar PV, BESS)
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide highly competent technical leadership resulting in successful project delivery
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and provide them with appropriate direction, focus, and mentoring to ensure alignment of goals and objectives in accomplishing tasks, activities, and development
- Coordinate project workflows across multiple departments including Development, Engineering, Procurement, Energy Marketing, Operations, Transmission, Finance, and groups internal or external to RWE to ensure overall compliance with the project objectives, contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Perform final review of key deliverables related to projects and tasks managed, as well as projects and tasks managed by others
- Proactively manage the execution of project contracts and perform review and approval of change orders and invoices; identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns
- Assure the timely execution of the project within the established schedule and budget in compliance with safety, reliability, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain appropriate communication with senior leadership and project groups and functions within and outside the company; prepare and distribute progress status reports
- Ensure compliance with environmental and quality requirements on assigned projects
- Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture with an emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement
- Participate in capital planning and feasibility reviews for new developments and major renovations
Job Requirements and Experiences:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction related field from an accredited university
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in costruction project management
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large, complex renewables construction projects
- Construction field experience is preferred
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time, as required

You will be part of the Demand Management Sales & Project Execution team within the broader Procurement department. As aDemand Manager Project Execution,you will be the key point of contact for procurement activities during project execution, collaborating with engineering and project execution teams to minimize risk and ensure successful project delivery and completion.

What will you be doing?
As a Demand Manager Project Execution, you will be the key point of contact for procurement activities during the project execution phase, focusing on timely delivery, supplier performance, and risk management. You will execute procurement activities in line with the Supply Plan,initiate and/or manage RFx events for non-itemized items, and trigger escalation in case of delays or issues. Your role is crucial in aligning procurement activities with project timelines and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
Act as the key point-of-contact for procurement-related activities during the Project Execution phase, supporting and collaborating with the project engineering and project execution teams to minimize total project risk and cost
During the Project Execution phase, execute procurement activities in line with the Supply Plan and relevant category strategies, ensuring the project receives all required products and services on time and in full
In case of specifications changes, advise project stakeholders on default products/services and supplier options and provide alternative recommendations or trigger the selection of a new supplier when default suppliers are unsuitable due to specific project requirements
In the Project Execution phase, initiate and/or lead RFx events (depending on the applicable category policy, profile and characteristics) for non-itemized products and services, including document creation, evaluation of supplier proposals against predefined criteria, should-cost modelling coordination, and participate in negotiations with suppliers and final supplier selection
Update procurement-related information in the project Supply Plan as the project execution process progresses

Extensive experience (5-7 years) in procurement, supply chain management, or project execution support within technical or engineering-focused organizations
