Works with cross functional teams to prepare comprehensive test design specifications for functional, regression, performance and security testing. • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations across all pharmaceutical manufacturing and development activities.
• Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory inspections and customer audits.
• Manage the qualification and validation processes for equipment, processes, and computer systems.
• Review and approve critical quality documents, including batch records, validation reports, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs) to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor key quality metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices.
• Lead the investigation of significant quality events and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.S., Pharm.D.) in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance and compliance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing robust Quality Management Systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Experience with various pharmaceutical dosage forms and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in quality risk management principles.
• Ability to travel occasionally for audits or critical meetings, if required by business needs.
