**Position Overview**
Under the general oversight of the Executive Director, the Director of Case Management is responsible for the day to day administration and supervision of the assigned programs.

+ Departmental budgeting and financial reconciliations.
+ Liaison activities with the courts, community agencies, and neighborhoods where offices are located.

+ Maximizing all available resources for the Case Management program.
+ Responsible for overall administration of the program that supports the goals and objectives of NYAP.
+ Implementation and monitoring of treatment and/or supporting programs.
+ Development of new treatment and/or supporting programs.

+ Human resources.
+ Liaison between NYAP and all social and youth service agencies in the region and work collaboratively with other NYAP programs.
+ Responsible for prudent and effective financial management of the program.
+ Preparation of annual budget, subject to NYAP approval.
+ Preparation of special budgets for programs, grants and contracts, subject to NYAP approval.
+ Revenue enhancement, to be evaluated based on targets approved by NYAP.
+ Cost control, to be evaluated based on targets approved by NYAP.
+ Adherence to NYAP accounting policies and contract requirements.
+ Authority to approve expenditures within limits set by NYAP.
- Responsible for all personnel issues within the program, which include, but are not limited to:
+ Ensuring work coverage for professional staff on leave or vacation.
+ Recruitment, selection and evaluation of staff.
+ Grievance processing.
+ Implementation of disciplinary process per NYAP policy.
- Serve as the local community liaison for the daily programmatic affairs of the agency, including assessing community needs and developing programs to meet those needs.
- Ensure Case Management staff compliance with agency training programs and agency sponsored events.
- Submit reports as required to the Executive Director or her/his designee.
- Report to the President/CEO or her/his designee on a regular basis regarding activities in the program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Master's degree in social services or related professional degree and four years of experience in the field of youth services, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
+ Knowledge of FL foster care system
+ Current CWCM certification
+ Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for youth.
+ Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
+ Must have a valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance 100,000/300,000 bodily injury and a good driving record.

**Other Skills**
+ Some travel is required.
+ Previous experience in a similar leadership position
+ Great working relationship with DCF.
+ Must be open and willing to work non-traditional work hours as well as on-call responsibilities.

+ Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
+ Must possess good verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
