The Cafe Manager will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high standards of excellence are consistently met. This individual will supervise and coach associates, manage financial and operational goals, and foster a culture of reliability, flexibility, and leadership. The schedule includes a mix of shifts, including weekends and overnight (graveyard) coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Hires, trains, supervises, and develops team members
Oversees daily cafe operations and ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and food quality standards
Manages inventory, including receiving, restocking, and storage
Maintains accurate temperature logs and ensures food safety protocols are followed
Plans and promotes special events and cafe initiatives
Operates within budget and identifies opportunities for operational improvement
Leads team meetings and promotes effective communication and collaboration
Adapts to shifting priorities and supports a flexible work environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
13 years of relevant food service management experience
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare settings
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently
Knowledge of cash handling and food service equipment operations
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use
ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred
Reliable and flexible, with availability for weekends and overnight shifts

The SAP Solution Architect is a Transformation Leader and must demonstrate they understand Capgemini's approach to Transformational Change and can convince clients of our ability to lead and deliver change on a complex program. Understands the relationship between change activities and the broader program delivery, able to consider this in both solution and delivery execution. The SAP Automotive Industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Architect requires specialized knowledge of the automotive sector, combined with deep expertise in SAP solutions to address the unique challenges of automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
The SME will combine extensive knowledge of automotive processes, SAP expertise, and strategic insight to drive digital transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence in automotive companies. You will play a pivotal role in implementing solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, optimize the supply chain, and enhance customer service in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry.
Your role :

SAP Solution Architect and Automotive Industry expert will be responsible for relationship building and managing automotive supply chain, including the complexities of multi-tier suppliers, global logistics, and inventory management.

Automotive Industry Subject Matter Expert is responsible for designing, implementing, managing and pre-sales of the SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Automotive Industry.

Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region.

Proposal Development: Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a client’s requirements, and or industry, including the executive summary, for external opportunities.

Pricing & Strategies: Estimating the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resources for opportunities.

Client Relationships: Building credibility and gain "trusted advisor " status with key clients, project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of the engagement.

Delivery Excellence: Champion for delivery methodology (iCaptivate, LTP, DAN, etc.) and supporting toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, DAN, etc.). Will be a recognized leader amongst peers in knowledge and execution excellence - consistently setting the bar for Capgemini excellence in delivery.

Proactively working with regional and global capability management to ensure delivery capabilities are aligned to market demand in both established a new areas of expertise.
Your Skills and Experience:

German Automotive experience preferred.

Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the Automotive industry, including SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Platform and industry specific cloud offerings.

Deep knowledge and experience with SAP modules specific to the automotive sector, such as: SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Experience in SAP solutions specifically designed for the automotive sector, such as SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS), SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM), and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII).

Experience or exposure to global automotive manufacturing, with an understanding of how different regions, regulations, and supply chains impact SAP solution design and implementation.

Big 4 / consultancy Experience is preferred

12 years professional experience with a Minimum 5 FLC / experience with S4

S/4HANA Greenfield/ Brownfield implementation experience

SAP Certifications preferred

Expertise knowledge in core business processes, and associated functions, for one industry sector, or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability /process workshop.

Ability to develop and present innovative implementation strategies, including consideration of a client’s budget, cash flow, and time to value.

Ability to identify, articulate, and present different commercial strategies (including outcome-based models) which are appropriate for delivering business outcomes and associated value while being commercially viable to Capgemini.

Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of large transformation projects.
