Basic Qualifications

Our consultant will deliver proof-of-concept projects, topical workshops, and lead implementation projects. These professional services engagements will focus on key customer solutions such as, web applications, enterprise applications, HPC, batch processing and big data, archiving and disaster recovery, education and government.

A major focus of this work will be engaging workers at Amazon facilities in the Kansas City area. Organizers will receive extensive training and support from veteran labor organizers with decades of combined experience, and join a supportive team with a culture of excellence. Primary Responsibilities

Specifically, we are looking for a high performing Sr. Marketing Manager who will own the development and execution of our marketing & creative programs for Amazon Business ad solutions. As a Sr. Creative Marketer, you will be responsible for the development of strategy and own end-to-end content creation with a focus on mid/long form marketing & educational content (written & video). In this role, your campaigns will help SMB advertisers overcome key barriers to entry and ensure they have access to easily discoverable educational content that builds best practices and advertiser success.

The ideal candidate can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You will bring proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement, and optimize compelling campaigns that drive advertiser acquisition and retention. You will need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, willing to work autonomously, and able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. If you are data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating compelling experiences through marketing, this is a great role for you. Experience working directly with sellers, in either a retail or advertising capacity, is welcomed.

Key responsibilities
  • Define the overall SMB marketing & creative strategy to increase awareness and utilization of Amazon Business ad solutions (audience segmentation, creative/content strategy, channel strategy, and marketing calendar)
  • Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers to effectively build acquisition campaigns
  • Own end-to-end campaign management from ideation to execution and measurement
  • Audit existing content and identify gaps in content assets
  • Work across Marketing Managers, Content Creators, Designers, Program Managers, and business leadership to align channel initiatives with cross-functional team goals
  • Analyze, report on, and optimize against key performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
  • 7+ years of professional non-internship creative marketing experience
  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
  • Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
  • Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
