Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collective bargaining negotiations, including wage, benefit, and workplace condition discussions with unions.

  • Advise clients on NLRA compliance , including Section 7 rights and other protected concerted activities.

  • Guide employers through union organizing campaigns , providing lawful communication strategies and proactive union avoidance.

  • Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for elections and ULP charges.

  • Conduct training and counseling sessions for management on union relations, labor laws, and internal policy alignment.

• May be directed to assist with minor maintenance and repair work, including painting, replacement of light bulbs and fixtures (interior and exterior), replacement of windows, moving furniture and equipment, repairing doors and gates, minor landscaping and related upkeep and repairs, and simple plumbing and fixture repairs/replacements

Qualified candidates are those capable of:

>walking varying distances, traversing uneven terrain, climbing stairs, ladders, or scaffold, bending, kneeling, lifting, standing, hammering, measuring, cutting, and suspending while wearing belt/harness equipped with multiple hand tools

>working at heights of 20 feet above grade on elevated platforms or booms

>lifting, hoisting, and loading building materials, sheet goods, plywood, and lumber during installation, forming, and removal

>operating power tools for cutting, sawing, drilling, fastening, securing, grinding, shaping of building materials for installation or removal

Essential Functions

8. Performs the building of handrails, steps, drilling, and patching, light concrete work.
9. Builds stairs, temp doors, ramps, temp walls, etc.

Work Environment
