Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least to join our team. Whether your background is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role provides an opportunity to practice modern, high-quality medicine without the constraints of a traditional practice setting. While most of our services are fully virtual, in-person hybrid opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, building therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
  • Order and interpret lab tests as needed to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their proper usage (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment).
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and a dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain appropriate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
  • Stay up to date with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered).
  • Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or emore of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
  • Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
  • Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence.
  • Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
  • Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact.
  • At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).

As an Applebee's General Manager, you will develop your team, lead your team to achieve goals and objectives, and uphold the brand expectations. You are responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will need to have great leadership skills, lead a team by example, great problem solver, and have the ability to build and maintain guest satisfaction. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

You must be at least 21 years old, be able to effectively communicate with others, write routine reports, speak effectively before groups, and committed to making an impact.

We offer Daily Pay*, flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, disability, life insurance, paid sick leave, a company sponsored 401(k) plan, and a great career path. Managers with 6 months of continuous employment will also receive 5 days of PTO until their 1st anniversary. Employees are eligible for additional vacation time of 40 to 200 hours per year based on the number of years worked. Part time managers are eligible for a prorated amount of PTO depending on the percentage of time employed compared to a Full-Time Manager. This job is also eligible for profit share bonuses.

Compensation: Applebee's General Managers start at $64,000 - $73,000 / year PLUS have the opportunity to participate in a monthly Profit Share program. There is no fixed deadline to apply for this position.

Physical Standards: Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours in length. Must have the ability to safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight. Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication. Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. Ability to wear protective hand coverings through entire shift. Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout entire shift. Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks through entire shift. Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
