Annual Base Salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows:

This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

GENERAL SUMMARY 
The Beverage Supervisor supervises the daily operation of all Beverage service areas and Team Members. Responsible for ensuring Four Diamond guest service in accordance with departmental service standards. Will at all times enforce Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC) policies and procedures.
FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT 
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by PRC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
- Select, schedule, and evaluate all Team Members within the Beverage department.
- Insure that proper guest service is maintained at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining proper Beverage service staffing levels at all times.
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures for food handling.
- Communication within other departments.
- Ensure all Team Members are abiding by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC.
- Other duties as assigned.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Beverage Supervisor has supervisory responsibilities including departmental corrective action and Team Member relation issues. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.
QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: A High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two (2) years’ relative experience, six (6) months in a supervisory capacity required to successfully perform this job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. This position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. This position also requires the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. This position also requires the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class “A” gaming license.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office, experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with Team Members and guests.
- Must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities- Responsible for assisting management of restaurant, bar, tasting room, and banquet operations including food and beverage preparation and service, team members, ordering inventory, and food and beverage cost control
- Be present on the floor to ensure all Food and Beverage is served as per Hotel Standards
- Be present in all outlets and attend to all guest requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with implementing new menus and training team members on menu knowledge and SOPs
- Assist with training, supervising, and guiding Food and Beverage team members
- Ensure that the facility remains in compliance with safety regulations and health codes
- Assist in responding to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
- Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the various outlet areas and equipment to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service
- Assists with periodic meetings with F&B team to review past and future performance of service, quality, and general information concerning guest and employee relations
- Supervise and handle all F&B needs for any events or functions and participate in BEO meetings
- Assist with planning and executing all events
- Coordinates with the event host on all aspects of the banquet function
- Performs planning and organization functions for the banquet department like maintaining the banquet logbook, maintaining and updating function sheets and BEOs
- Assist in conducting pre-shift and pre-function meetings. Discuss any last minute changes with the banquet team as they come up
- Maintains relationships with vendors including, but not limited to, rental companies, entertainment suppliers, and transportation companies
- Maintains timely and effective paper flow and communication within the sales and catering area, as well as with other departments
- Support Sales Team as requested
- Coordinate Sales Department and other in-house events
- Maintain constant contact with the banquet chef, to ensure conclusion between food production and food service
- Responsible for accepting and accurately recording payments for events and deposits
- Set up, execution, and break down of resort events: i.e. movie nights, live music, pool parties, etc.
- Assist with amenities and welcome note cards
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
- Any and all duties assigned by management
Two years of related experience or equivalent. Current knowledge of regional and national trends in food and beverage. Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
