We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance is required.
- BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
- Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar tools).
- Comfortable with change and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
