Job Description
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead the development of the Digital Engineering strategy for Aerospace Technologies culminating in a multi-year roadmap and implementation plan.
+ Influence and persuade internal stakeholders to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
+ Develop and retain a high-performance innovative team.
+ Collaborate with Corporate on Honeywell Accelerator GDM development representative Aero Engineering interest and identifying standardization opportunities.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions that enhance engineering processes and capabilities.
+ Prioritize and drive the functional requirement collection from the engineering community to roadmap generation, and to enable trade studies and application implementation that meet the need of engineering with the enablement agility of the organization with cost controls.
+ Lead a team that provides application setup and user support on applications in the Aero Digital Engineering ecosystem.
+ Ensure timely administrative support of engineering applications to ensure program deliverables.
+ Run both strategic and tactical meetings of the MOS (Management Operating System) with a focus on continuous improvement, effective communication, on-time execution, and documentation of standards.
+ Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve engineering performance and outcomes.
+ Lead team in project management of evaluations and trade studies.
+ Develop and maintain the single source of truth for the Aero Engineering application ecosystem.
+ Identify legacy tool retirement plans and associated funding for these programs.
+ Manage engineering tools budget.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an engineering discipline.
+ 10+ years of experience in Engineering development , with a focus on systems engineering, digital technologies, and transformation.
+ Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing innovative teams.
+ In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and best practices.
+ Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within an engineering organization.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

+ Experience in the implementation of digital engineering tools and technologies.
+ Knowledge of emerging engineering trends and technologies.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
