MHAS is looking for a skilled Solution Architect/Senior Developer to refactor an existing custom .NET/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure. The goal is to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work directly with Human Resource professionals, understand basic HR terminology and business functions, and communicate effectively with project sponsors.
The candidate should be comfortable working on Azure projects and familiar with deploying code using Azure pipelines. Functional knowledge of Azure Functions is also desirable.
The role involves working with IT Architecture staff and IT Managers to design solutions that meet the agencys requirements, analyzing the business case for solution design, and developing applications according to departmental standards.
Responsibilities include creating detailed test designs and plans, preparing test data, executing unit and system tests, debugging, tracking defects, supporting user acceptance testing, and managing software deployment tasks.
