Join Digital Transformation Group (DTG) as a Contract OCM Lead to support one of our most critical transformation programs: Core Finance - the transition from Netsuite to SAP. You'll be stepping into an existing change role, helping to maintain momentum, strengthen the OCM strategy, and ensure successful implementation of major systems and process updates across our finance and functions.

What You'll Do

Own and drive OCM strategy and execution for the Core Finance program - transitioning finance functions and processes to SAP, collaborating closely with program managers, workstream leads, and business stakeholders

SCOPE OF WORK

The trainer will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels through the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs tailored to the needs of the Department of Taxation. This role will report to the Organizational Change Management team and requires a blend of instructional expertise, subject matter knowledge, and strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assessing training needs by consulting with managers, conducting job analyses, and evaluating employee performance to identify skill gaps.
  • Designing and developing training programs and materials, such as manuals, presentations, handouts, and online resources, that align with organizational objectives and public sector standards.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including workshops, seminars, webinars, and one-on-one coaching, to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training by collecting feedback, analyzing performance data, and making improvements to programs as needed.
  • Maintaining training records and tracking employee progress to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance, especially regarding changes in laws, regulations, or internal policies.
  • Providing ongoing support and mentorship to employees, fostering continuous professional development and organizational growth.
  • Alignment of training programs with organizational strategies, such as new policy implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
  • Providing expertise on change management and capacity by integrating change management concepts and principles into training curricula.

· 10 years of experience in consulting/industry with primary focus onorganization change management

· Hands-On experience in change management – should have been a part of at least9-10 large scale change management implementations.

o Should have led end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on atransformation program

o Practical client experience including planning, design and delivery

o Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety ofcontexts (S/4 HANA preferable)

· Hand-on experience in building change management strategy/roadmap/approach,stakeholder engagement and management program, change impact analysis, cultureassessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy/needassessment/plan

· Nice to have experience on PROSCI or any other change management approach

· Must Have:

o Strong PowerPoint, excel and analytical skills

o Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products ofthe highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery

o Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

· MBA is strongly preferred

· Willingness and ability to travel for client engagement (50%)

Role would involvethe following:

· Should be able to coordinate with the extended OCM Team based out of India

· Will be responsible for driving Global OCM Plan + Delivery for US region

· Reporting to client's OCM value stream lead on project updates/milestones anddelivery (weekly/bi-weekly) and also to project delivery manager on a real-timebasis for OCM updates

· Leverage established change management methodologies and tools to execute thestrategic plans and support implementation, execution and adoption of new waysof working

· Design and deliver effective change management strategy, approach and plans inconjunction with the project and client team for the transformation program

· Working with senior leadership (should be comfortable interacting with C-LevelExecutives) to create alignment in order to support program success

· Identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools andtechniques

· Design and deliver material utilizing the various channels of communications todrive awareness, education and engagement across organization

· Building repository of OCM artefacts and deliverables for the assigned project
