  • Execute change strategies by applying the enterprise change management framework across activities and project/program plans at both the enterprise and program levels.
  • Execute change impact assessments and lead associated action planning efforts for assigned stakeholder groups
  • Identify system, process, technology/tool and organizational changes driven by key projects and initiatives for each impacted stakeholder group
  • Partner cross functionally to identify upcoming changes and integration points across each initiative, and develop plans to appropriately prepare impacted stakeholders
  • Consider impacts of organizational change from a cultural lens. Understand impacts of change for each department and level within the organization.
  • Actively work to identify areas where there is risk and/or resistance to change to solve in partnership with the Director, Change Management other key leaders
  • Approach projects with an employee readiness mindset, considering the impact on all end users (e.g., leaders, managers, employees, etc.)
  • Advise key stakeholders and other program team members on best practices within change management
  • Define and measure success and adoption metrics, and monitor change progress among stakeholders
  • Partner with the program team to customize and deliver program communications to prepare stakeholders for upcoming project milestones and activities
  • Partner with business leadership and People Success to map impacted end users to all appropriate job roles based on their future state roles and responsibilities
  • Partner with Enterprise Learning to provide input and support for the design and delivery of training programs where needed
  • Ensure integration with other stakeholder engagement leads to ensure seamless delivery of program OCM strategies and readiness of all impacted stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or relevant work experience in an HR or change management role
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in human resources, people, talent strategy and/or change management
  • PROSCI or other change management methodology certification a plus
  • Strong consulting skills, including the capability to quickly identify and develop improvement opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to share ideas and information across diverse audiences to drive to business decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving and executing at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence
  • Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity
  • Willingness to work and integrate with multiple partners
  • Enterprise thinker with ability to 'connect the dots'.
  • Excellent time management, planning, management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and make ongoing decisions with key stakeholder input.

  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment.

The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $130,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
