The Citi Wealth Planner partners closely with Private Bankers and other Citi Private Bank (CPB) team members to develop, deliver and implement customized wealth structuring services, which include proactive estate planning solutions based upon each client/prospect's individual circumstances.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Demonstrates technical expertise and ability to provide guidance on wealth structuring matters, including:
-Estate, gift and income tax planning
-Transition event planning
-Business succession planning
-Charitable planning and related vehicles
-Insurance planning
Focuses on enhancing CPBs overall practice by sharing best practices and technical information; aiding the development of marketing materials and writing technical pieces for internal and external distribution. The **One Citi Integration Lead, Senior Vice President** position will closely partner with Citi's Retail Bank and Wealth organizations to define and deliver a premium cardmember experience. The position will be centered on three core pillars: (1) scaling our premier credit card products into new banking segments, (2) optimizing existing Cards and Bank assets to better serve our high-value clients, and (3) leveraging key partnerships to create a unique, multi-relationship value proposition. **Responsibilities:**
+ Define and execute on a strategic approach to grow high-fee credit card penetration across critical banking segments.
+ Work in partnership with Retail Bank and Wealth teams to develop a deep understanding of client needs and identified pain points across key cards and bank portfolios. Design solutions to quickly resolve client pain points while also designing incremental opportunities that exceed client needs.
+ Assist in the development and launch of future new/existing credit card products and new programs with enhanced features that incentivize cardmember engagement and loyalty among critical premium banking segments. Drive client value propositions, positioning, channel strategies, and ongoing competitive differentiation.
+ Oversee a roadmap that brings such capabilities, offers, and features to market with a multi-year strategy to drive scale among such populations. Work in concert with delivery, digital and technology partners on such development and launch activities.
+ Survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities across the market.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Key Skills/Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally in a credit card related role serving Affluent, high-net worth (HNW), and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) client segments.
+ Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships with broad stakeholders across the franchise to drive common goals and outcomes.
+ Strong leadership and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Job Description

The Loan Syndications Associate will be responsible for providing analytical and execution support to deliver customized debt solutions to Citi's Commercial Bank clients. The Loan Syndications Associate is a critical member of a deal team, working directly with Vice Presidents and Senior Transactors as well as with colleagues across multiple groups in the bank to originate and execute transactions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support deal origination by drafting pitch materials incorporating an analysis of capital structure, credit profile, publicly available data on companies and transactions, and industry research.
+ Prepare market comparables, initial due diligence lists, deal pre-screen presentations, and draft indicative term sheets.
+ Tracking and summarizing loan market conditions in client materials, with a focus on the Middle Market segment of the US Loan Market.
+ Execute lead-arranged transactions by preparing organization books, drafting marketing materials (Confidential Information Memorandums, lender presentations, and pre-screening memorandums), organizing and managing bank meetings, participating in and tracking lender interaction and diligence, and managing the deal closing process.
+ Support the review of financing documents, including commitment letters, fee letters, engagement letters, and credit agreements.
+ Coordinate with other groups within Citi, including Coverage, Underwriting, Risk, and Operations as well as other product groups to meet pitch and deal-related deliverables and deadlines.
+ Developing and maintaining effective industry relationships with legal counsel, external parties, clients (in collaboration with senior coverage officers).

+ Develop business and credit judgment as well as to provide balanced assessments in working with internal team members and partners.

**Qualifications:**
+ 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably with loan syndication, asset-based finance, or capital markets experience
+ Completion of formal credit training program preferred
+ Fundamental credit skills, including demonstrated ability to evaluate business, industry, financial performance, and structure/terms
+ Strong financial and analytic skills, including proficiency with financial modeling and ability to rapidly assimilate complex information
+ Excellent command of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
+ High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
+ Team player, able to facilitate strong partnerships
+ Detail-oriented individual with strong organization ability and excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
+ Obtain and maintain required FINRA registration and licensing
