Demonstrates technical expertise and ability to provide guidance on wealth structuring matters, including:

The **One Citi Integration Lead, Senior Vice President** position will closely partner with Citi's Retail Bank and Wealth organizations to define and deliver a premium cardmember experience. This strategic approach will deepen cardmember engagement and expand the footprint of Branded Cards within Citi's premium bank client segments. **Responsibilities:**
+ Define and execute on a strategic approach to grow high-fee credit card penetration across critical banking segments.
+ Work in partnership with Retail Bank and Wealth teams to develop a deep understanding of client needs and identified pain points across key cards and bank portfolios. Design solutions to quickly resolve client pain points while also designing incremental opportunities that exceed client needs.
+ Assist in the development and launch of future new/existing credit card products and new programs with enhanced features that incentivize cardmember engagement and loyalty among critical premium banking segments. Drive client value propositions, positioning, channel strategies, and ongoing competitive differentiation.
+ Oversee a roadmap that brings such capabilities, offers, and features to market with a multi-year strategy to drive scale among such populations. Work in concert with delivery, digital and technology partners on such development and launch activities.
+ Survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities across the market.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Key Skills/Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally in a credit card related role serving Affluent, high-net worth (HNW), and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) client segments.
+ Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships with broad stakeholders across the franchise to drive common goals and outcomes.
+ Strong leadership and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
+ Ability to develop strategies, gather resources, and inspire a diverse set of individuals.
+ Experience operating in a global and matrixed environment including managing cross functional areas (e.g. product management, finance, risk, decision management, research, marketing, technology, digital, and operations).

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Email & Campaign Execution
+ Support the overall marketing strategy and goals by executing global email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, template design, copywriting, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
+ Manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring alignment with product releases, thought leadership, and event schedules.
+ Creative Design & Branding
+ Create or update visual assets (e.g., email banners, infographics, ads, brochures, slides) using Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Uphold brand consistency across all materials while adapting designs to campaign-specific needs.
+ Content Marketing Campaign Support
+ Drafting, editing, formatting, and publishing campaigns across platforms (i.e., email marketing, display/web assets, video graphics/thumbnails).

+ Sales Enablement & Asset Development

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Experience: 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in corporate, financial services, fintech, or B2B technology/content.
+ Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of both traditional marketing best practices (print collateral, sales materials, events) and digital marketing (email, social, web).
+ Design: Impeccable attention to detail. Strong knowledge of modern creative design principles with ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines. Proficient with Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
