Cashiers will go through our paid training program that offers the advantage of real-time, in-person training with expert trainers. They will receive technical education as well as hands-on experience from day one. Our training program offers Cashiers the basic knowledge and support that will allow them the confidence to begin their jobs at their home store.
Requirements:
Ability to work 2 out-of-the 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday )is a must

Being a Bakery associate at Kowalski's Cub Food's offers the entry-level opportunity to learn the intricacies of time-prioritization, professional food handling that meets health code standards, and courteous customer service. Our bakery is focused on preparing both delicate and savory baked goods in a timely manner that allows our customers to have plenty of options to choose from.
Bakery associates are responsible for building right relationships with their coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. You will also follow strict health and safety guidelines to meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage their time effectively, fill and rotate products, maintain cleanliness standards, and provide excellent customer service.
No experience is required! Kowalski's Cub Food's provides extensive, in-person, hands-on training that thoroughly educates new employees on how to perform their jobs safely, quickly, and efficiently.
