- Position will participate in an on-call 7 day rotation at least two weeks a month, typically rotating every other week with the primary DBA in support of the Division of Consolidated Laboratory LIMS Database. The on-call rotation begins on Saturday and ends the following Friday. The agency core business hours M-F are 8:15a-5p. Support and availability is expected outside of agency core business hours during the entire on-call period. Position will be compensated 1 hour per day for being on-call Monday-Friday and 2.5 hours per day for Saturday, Sunday or State Holidays. If an event occurs that requires your assistance while you are on-call, additional compensation for actual hours worked (time rounded up in one-hour increments) will be provided. When designated on-call, you must remain available by telephone or email while off site and respond within 30 minutes. This is applicable for the entire assigned duration. You must remain free of the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs during on-call periods.

3.2 Service: Current System Analysis
Analysis of current system including workflows, styles, and content. Recommendation for
configuring Windchill 12 and implementation of S-1000D.
3.3 Service: Configuration of Software
Configuration of software (including Red Hat, Windchill 12, and Arbortext or similar
product), and training - onsite at Leidos facility.
3.4 Service: Training and Configuration Support

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of experience in database engineering.
+ Deep experience with relational databases (SQL developer and Oracle SQL developer preferred)
+ Strong proficiency in database design, development, and administration using relational and/or graph database technologies.
+ Proven experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
+ Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
+ Competency in programming languages such as Python, Java, etc., for data manipulation and automation.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
+ Basic appreciation of emerging technology trends such as cloud computing and data engineering best practices.
+ Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret level clearance.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Highly desired) Experience with database performance tuning, optimization, and scaling.
+ Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
+ Experience with data security and compliance standards.
+ Experience with developing APIs for data access and manipulation.
+ Experience working on DoD programs.
+ Already holds active Secret level clearance.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
