**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Financial Reporting Senior is part of the External Reporting team. This role will be responsible for the coordination of financial reporting and support SEC filings in compliance with US GAAP reporting standards.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ US GAAP Compliance - Continually provide support to the finance team as we transition from IFRS to US GAAP. Lead the development of tools and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including liaising with other corporate functions.
+ Process Improvement - Work with stakeholders both within the finance organization and other key areas to improve processes around financial reporting and analysis.
+ Standardization - Work with the broader finance team and other support functions to standardize financial reporting processes and procedures across our footprint.
+ Financial Accounting - Support the internal and external audit teams' inquiries, collaborating closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes in accordance with regulatory requirements (SOX controls and US GAAP).
+ Financial Compliance - Activities including flux analysis and other items as required.
+ Month-End Activities and Reporting - Perform month-end activities supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting requirements.
+ System Development - Participate in the development and implementation of financial reporting systems and processes, ensuring they meet the organization's needs and comply with accounting standards. Systems include SAP ECC, SAC, and Tagetik.
+ Adhoc Requirements - Working on special projects, researching and preparing technical accounting memos on new scenarios, including unusual accounting transactions/treatment.

We are seeking an innovative, energetic, and proactive team member to join the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) team within the Global Finance Business Advisory team. Duties

+ Assist with preparing tech chargeback and accrual entries and cascade support to the customers.
+ Support the TCO team in managing technology chargeback-related inquiries via Smartsheet.
+ Be part of various projects and system implementation to enable efficient delivery of the outputs.
+ Maintain detailed product offerings SKU pricing Excel templates, work with inter-company billing team in reporting actual market billings and assist in forecasting the end-of-year cost recovery for each SKU.

Financial Reporting & Analysis 60%
* Consolidate financial results ensuring expenses and revenues from all areas have been recorded accurately and timely
* Manage the monthly/annual external reporting function; lead the preparation of all financial statements and footnote disclosures, as well as MD&A
* Ensure proper accounting/reporting of minority (non-controlling) interest; monitor, and update the Health2047, Inc. capital structure for spinout companies

+ The primary responsibilities of this role will be assisting in the management of the consolidated financial statements for public, lender and joint venture reporting under both a GAAP and IFRS basis

+ Assist in performing technical research on significant transactions including preparation of the quarterly significant transaction log on both a GAAP and IFRS basis
+ Work with auditors to assist in quarterly and year-end audit procedures including audit requests

+ Take part of the Company's implementation and transition of new enterprise system

- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Auditing
- Knowledge of Balance Sheet Account and Budget Processes

The Manager of Financial Reporting will play a key role in both external and internal management reporting. This individual will work closely with Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Regional Finance teams, and the Corporate Accounting team to consolidate and report the Company's results. This individual will be responsible for the preparation and review of the disclosures included in its 10-Q and 10-K as well as assist with internal management reporting, reporting to government agencies, and standalone entity audits. A successful candidate for this role will be strong in both technical accounting and analytical skills and have strong communication skills.
+ Review of consolidated balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and footnotes in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
+ Involvement in the internal reporting process on a monthly basis, including preparation and review of the monthly reporting package and analysis, as well as working with the business unit finance teams to streamline process and improve content
+ Review and prepare as necessary consolidation and intercompany elimination entries
+ Prepare and approve chart of account updates
+ Monitor and analyze accounting data loaded to the system monthly

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Highly collaborative with leadership and communicate key levers to improve margins

**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 2-3 years of progressive financial experience required, including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management
+ Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
+ Ability to work closely with a team in budgeting, cost controls and monthly reporting is critical.
+ Adhering to generally accepted accounting practices and observing all financial controls and processes is required.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
