The Finance Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis position reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with Company's LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD) . This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.  

Responsibilities

• Leads the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LBE and Flash process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company
• Prepares agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
• Compiles a comprehensive LBE Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
• Ensures LBE data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
• Supports LRP, Plan, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
• Partners with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool
• Ad-hoc analysis as required
• Manages one direct report

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus

Job Summary The Finance Director reviews the monthly financials for all assigned business units, provides related variance explanations (vs. prior year, budget, forecast, and sequentially), oversees preparation of bonus accruals, leads special projects, prepares budgets and forecasts for assigned business units, and prepares certain information for Board presentations.Responsible for the internal reporting of monthly financial results. Essential Job Functions Preparation of the monthly results distributed to management and ensure that monthly financials are completed timely and accurately. Provide variance analysis to management.
