**The opportunity**
As part of EY's Health consulting practice, you will work with these clients across the country in solving complex problems in today's rapidly changing healthcare environment. We currently are seeking a highly motivated Manager, with a focus on provider operations, specifically patient access to manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
**Your key responsibilities**
You'll spend most of your time teaming with our provider team working with a broad spectrum of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including hospitals, healthcare systems, physician practices and academic medical centers, to assess and redesign clinical processes.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
+ Approximately 4 years of healthcare consulting experience, preferably with prior experience as a manager (or above), in a consulting firm or in a management role within industry
+ Required experience with patient access and centralized contact centers.
+ Ability to lead patient access initiatives which includes clinician management, template management, template optimization, referral management, and scheduling algorithms. Experience should include assessment, design, and implementation of template optimization and scheduling algorithms within an ambulatory setting.
+ Experience with centralization of patient access functions, including contact center staffing models and technology for various engagement channels
+ Ability to read and interpret hospital financial statements and contract terms, utilize complex financial models, experience with operational process mapping and experience with healthcare cost reduction planning and implementation
+ Experience with healthcare organization M&A, physician alignment, or financial margin improvement initiatives
+ Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support
+ Assist in generating revenue within existing healthcare clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of large healthcare companies
+ Ability to manage a team of staff/senior consulting professionals
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead and when to follow)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to create work products within Microsoft's suite of applications, including but not limited to Excel models, Visio scheduling and referral workflows, and PowerPoint presentations.
+ A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is required as needed by the client.

**Job Summary**
Performs research and analysis of complex healthcare claims data, pharmacy data, and lab data regarding network utilization and cost containment information. Evaluates, writes, and presents healthcare utilization and cost containment reports and makes recommendations based on relevant findings.

**The role you'll contribute:**
The Clinical Risk Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing the risk management program for the assigned areas. This position is responsible for working in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure adherence to all federal regulations and hospital policies. The CRM or their designee will systematically investigate all clinical incidents/accidents/events that could lead to patient harm and/or financial loss and ensures all risk management activities, including the internal event report system and patient grievance process are in compliance with FL State Statute . The CRM identifies areas of risk and facilitates risk mitigation/safety strategies including the Root Cause Analysis and Response process as well as regulatory surveys. The CRM identifies potential compensatory events and works collaboratively with claims management coordinators to mitigate litigation. The CRM is responsible for integrating the risk management program into the quality and safety activities of assigned areas.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the OR staff, assists in the delivery of patient care during the interoperative phase according to the policies and procedures of the facility. May be called upon to help with the LDRP department in case of emergency staffing needs and the LDRP staff may be called on to help the main OR.**
**Typical duties may include:**
+ **You will assemble supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.**
+ **You will prepare sterile instrument table for your procedures.**
+ **You will assist in positioning patients and preparing patient's skin for surgery.**
+ **You will maintain sterile techniques and actively monitor situations that could lead to breaches in sterile technique.**
+ **During procedures, you will assist the surgical team. This may include passing instruments, sponges and sutures.**
+ **During procedures you will also assist in the monitoring the patient.**
+ **After the procedure, you will gather equipment for cleaning and sterilization.**
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ **Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program required**
+ **Certification as a Surgical Technologist required. (CAAHEP, NCCT, NBSTSA**
+ **BLS Required (American Heart or American Red Cross)**
+ **Hospital based Surgical Tech experience preferred; Experience in Labor & Delivery**
+ **Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Job Summary**
Molina Healthcare Services (HCS) works with members, providers and multidisciplinary team members to assess, facilitate, plan and coordinate an integrated delivery of care across the continuum, including behavioral health and long-term care, for members with high need potential. HCS staff work to ensure that patients progress toward desired outcomes with quality care that is medically appropriate and cost-effective based on the severity of illness and the site of service.
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
+ Follows member throughout a 30-day program that starts at hospital admission and continues through transitions from the acute setting to other settings, including nursing facility placement and private home, with the goal of reduced readmissions.
+ Ensures safe and appropriate transitions by collaborating with hospital discharge planners, as well as with hospitalists, outpatient providers, facility staff, and family/support network, as needed or at the request of member.
+ Ensures member transitions to a setting with adequate caregiving and functional support, as well as medical and medication oversight as required.
+ Works with participating ancillary providers, public agencies, or other service providers to make sure necessary services and equipment are in place for a safe transition.
+ Conducts face-to-face visits of all members while in the hospital and home visits of high-risk members post-discharge.
+ Coordinates care and reassesses member's needs using the Coleman Care Transitions Model recommended post-discharge timeline.
+ Educates and supports member focusing on seven primary areas (ToC Pillars): medication management, use of personal health record, follow up care, signs and symptoms of worsening condition, nutrition, functional needs and or Home and Community-based Services, and advance directives.
+ Uses motivational interviewing and Molina clinical guideposts to educate, support and motivate change during member contacts.
+ Assesses for barriers to care, provides care coordination and assistance to member to address concerns.
+ Facilitates interdisciplinary care team meetings and informal ICT collaboration.
+ RNs provide consultation, recommendations, and education as appropriate to non-RN case managers.
+ RNs are assigned cases with members who have complex medical conditions and medication regimens.
+ RNs will conduct medication reconciliation when needed.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Education**
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
**Required Experience**
1-3 years hospital discharge planning or home health.
**Required License, Certification, Association**
+ Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing.
+ Must have valid driver's license with good driving record and be able to drive within applicable state or locality with reliable transportation.
**CALIFORNIA State Specific Requirements: Must be licensed currently for the state of California. California is not a compact state.**
**Preferred Education**
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

- Provide regional medical necessity reviews and cross coverage
- Standardizes UM practices and quality and financial goals across all LOBs
- Responds to BH-related RFP sections and review BH portions of state contracts
- Assist the BH MD lead trainers in the development of enterprise-wide teaching on psychiatric diagnoses and treatment
- Provides second level BH clinical reviews, BH peer reviews and appeals
- Supports BH committees for quality compliance.
- Implements clinical practice guidelines and medical necessity review criteria
- Tracks all clinical programs for BH quality compliance with NCQA and CMS
- Assists with the recruitment and orientation of new Psychiatric MDs
- Ensures all BH programs and policies are in line with industry standards and best practices
- Assists with new program implementation and supports the health plan in-source BH services

**Job Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION:**
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Psychiatry
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:**
- 2 years previous experience as a Medical Director in clinical practice
- 3 years' experience in Utilization/Quality Program Management
- 2+ years HMO/Managed Care experience
- Experience demonstrating strong management and communication skills, consensus building and collaborative ability, and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of applicable state, federal and third-party regulations
**Required License, Certification, Association**
Active and unrestricted State (TX) Medical License, free of sanctions from Medicaid or Medicare.
**Preferred Experience**
- Peer Review, medical policy/procedure development, provider contracting experience.
- Experience with NCQA, HEDIS, Medicaid, Medicare and Pharmacy benefit management, Group/IPA practice, capitation, HMO regulations, managed healthcare systems, quality improvement, medical utilization management, risk management, risk adjustment, disease management, and evidence-based guidelines.

**Job Summary**
