Qualifications:

- Proven experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle).
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
