What You'll Do:This role will lead the key Supply Chain related functions including materials planning, scheduling, and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct and indirect material purchasing, direct source material, inventory control, cycle count, and warehousing.
In this function you will:
- Manage and direct supply chain personnel in the planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels. Work with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost out programs.
- Serve as member of the plant's senior management team and provides leadership and support for all local, division and corporate initiatives and objectives.

- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the plant's SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) Process. Analyzes data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares consolidated managerial reports and recommend actions to facilitate optimal Supply Chain execution.
- Develop and perform deep analysis of SAP system health/settings to ensure effective collaboration with external suppliers on purchasing and planning and forecasting.
- Utilize continuous improvement framework, lean concepts, and problem-solving tools to design and improve the performance of the extended supply chain function.
- Meet or exceed key metrics of days on hand, gross inventory, plant and supplier on-time delivery, days payable outstanding, cost savings, cycle count accuracy, supplier invoice on-hold metrics, and profit plan/budget forecasts. Manages inventory levels to meet established inventory & Day-on-Hand targets.
- Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory to assure the timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory levels that are beneficial to the overall operation of the company.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain and inventory operations for EHOB LLC. - The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, strategy development, shipment delivery and logistics, sourcing of raw materials and finished goods, and implementing measures to minimize shortages and control costs.
- The Supply Chain Manager oversees key functions including the procurement of raw materials and finished goods, management of inventory for both categories, receipt of purchase orders, and approval of vendor invoices.

- Monitor inbound receipts, delivery schedule, and customer orders.
- Ensure vendors are held to product specifications and agree upon quality standards.

- Oversee the investigative and corrective actions regarding inventory in reported quantities and locations.
- Create a monthly cycle counting schedule with the Inventory team at EHOB, and vendor locations.
- Develop a robust annual inventory preparation plan with the inventory team and all department managers.
- The SCM should possess the ability to analyze data and processes, develop innovative solutions, generate comprehensive reports, and effectively present findings to senior management and other departments.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and negotiate with external suppliers and buyers, and comprehend shipping related legal documents such as import/export agreements.
- SCM must also collaborate with internal and external parties to build relationships that support the companys goals and objectives.
- Manage the Supply Chain and Inventory department activities and respective budgets.
- Responsible for employee staffing to include the following: interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
- Must be flexible for monthly calls outside of normal business hours with international partners

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors degree in supply chain or resource planning from a four-year college or university, and 8-10 years experience in supply chain. Masters degree is preferred.
