Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Manufacturing Quality Control Technician** for **Direct Hire** with a client in **Duffield, VA.** This role involves inspecting materials and products, conducting tests, maintaining records, and working closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
+ Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement instruments.
+ Review production documentation, including work orders, specifications, and inspection criteria.
+ Identify and report non-conformances, initiate corrective actions, and assist in root cause analysis.
+ Maintain accurate inspection and testing records, logs, and reports.
+ Ensure compliance with company procedures, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and suggest improvements.
+ Support internal and external audits and inspections.
+ Monitor and calibrate inspection tools and testing equipment.
+ Follow safety and environmental protocols in the workplace.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.
+ 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
+ Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP) and statistical process control (SPC).
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
+ Proficient in using measuring and testing equipment.
+ Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).

**Physical Requirements:**

**Preferred Qualifications:**

As a QC/QA Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, verifying material conformance, performing system tests, testing documentation, and ensuring compliance with both project specifications and applicable state modular building codes.

**Quality Control Execution -**
