Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oil Service Technician to join our team. The technician will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on oil-fired heating systems for residential and light commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial oil-fired heating equipment (boilers, furnaces, water heaters).
• Perform annual tune-ups and efficiency cleanings.
• Diagnose and repair burner and combustion system issues.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with state and local codes.
• Provide excellent customer service on every job site.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service (nights/weekends as scheduled).
• Complete work orders, service tickets, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Valid CT B- burner technician license required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on oil service experience (installations and repairs).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Clean, valid driver's license (CDL with hazmat a plus but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of experience attorneys, you will:

• Participate in drafting and reviewing agreements such as leases, purchase and sale agreements, and joint operating agreements.

• Meet a quarterly billable requirement of 450 hours.
• Pursue ongoing learning and development to build expertise in oil and gas law.

Position Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Ohio, West Virginia, or Pennsylvania (or ability to become licensed promptly).
• Strong academic record with demonstrated achievement.
