**The Team:**
The position of Senior Value Engineer is a trusted advisor helping customers achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. A Value Engineer has full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers - landing, expanding, adopting and renewing. **The work you'll do:**
**Identify & Frame Value**
+ Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
+ Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers
+ Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
**Realize Value**
+ Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
+ Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives
+ Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
**Scale Value**
+ Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing
+ Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization and therefore drive adoption and expansion
+ Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases
**The qualifications you need:**
+ **Live for Customer Value:** Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider. Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise.
+ **Value Selling & Executive Stakeholder Management:** Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experienced in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders. Sales acumen, sovereign and winning appearance.
+ **Data,** **AI,** **Analytics, Applications & IT:** Good knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g. SAP), experience with implementing AI agents (IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce), RPA or BI Tools or building Dashboards or Apps /Action Flows. Knowledge of Python and/or SQL. Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
+ **Builder Mentality:** Passion for experimenting with technology and creating new models to address new use cases and realize value
+ **Process Improvement & Value Realization:** Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users/process owners to realize value.
+ **Industry Expertise:** You have advanced industry expertise in the Energy / Oil & Gas sector or the broader manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and C-suite strategic opportunities, and to build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.

Work Environment:  While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach with hands, stand, walk, and drive. Duties may require bending, squatting and twisting, and exposure to dirt, dust and fumes. Lifting over 50 lbs. will be required on an infrequent basis.  Individual will be exposed to outdoor environment (including heat and cold) on a frequent basis.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

Position Summary:

Use daily schedule to coordinate the unloading and storage of incoming ingredient oils, as well perform sanitation duties on the tank farm areas. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) to ensure proper food safety procedures.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Use daily schedule to coordinate the unloading and storage of incoming ingredient oils, as well perform sanitation duties on the tank farm areas. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) to ensure proper food safety procedures.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience in railcar unloading or formulating preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Must possess excellent math and reading skills
  • Must have the mechanical aptitude to be able to rebuild valves and equipment as needed, as well as good hand and eye coordination
  • Full working knowledge of all tanks, processes, piping, and equipment. Must be able to execute any emergency shutdowns, configurations, etc. Must have knowledge of the opening and the closing of the entire tank farm area and demonstrated ability of how to properly open and close all tanks, and how to turn all pumps on and off
  • Must be able to multitask to perform required daily duties
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills
