The Opportunity

- Monitor all CR inquiries and issues for assigned platforms and ensure timely resolution for same, develop and ensure achievement of all objectives.
- Provide knowledge transfers to colleagues and ensure optimal product knowledge to effectively build integrations, coordinate and prioritize activities with development groups.
- Lead efficient working of all phases of product development, prepare all artifacts and manage all communication to address all open questions between the business and engineering.
- Develop ways to capture product data, user behavior data, and changes to user behavior over time with business growth.
- Analyze platform markets and capabilities and design/update workflows to ensure optimal operational usage.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the business stakeholders of the assigned platforms and stakeholders of the assigned activities.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with IT teams.
- Effectively influence and collaborate with others, presenting and securing approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance product functionality and user experience through technological advancements.

Required Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or combination of education and work experience that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- 3-4 years of Product Management experience required.
- Demonstrated background in learning and understanding technology, with experience working closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions required.
- Proven track record of curiosity-driven learning in technology, with examples of staying updated on industry trends and applying new knowledge to product development required.
- Technology related certifications are preferred, such as cloud computing, data or application related certifications, or any other modern technology certification required.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
- Background in Hospital, Medical, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
- Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Methodology.
- Basic knowledge of AI Tools for generating product requirements documents and low fidelity prototyping.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $5,590 - 121,875, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
