Responsibilities: 

Upon successful completion of Walser's Sales Training Program for the first four weeks in this role, Automotive Sales Specialists will feel confident walking  customers through the entire vehicle buying process.

  • Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
  • Lead customers through the entire sales process
  • Use Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions
  • Effectively educate all customers on benefits that Walser has to offer
  • Take customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features
  • Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them
  • Follow up with customers after the purchase

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successfully test out of sales training program - first four weeks of full support and learning

Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed base + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential . On Target Earnings in this role are typically $0,000 - 80,000 within the first 1 - 2 years.

Responsibilities: 

Upon successful completion of Walser's Sales Training Program for the first four weeks in this role, Automotive Sales Specialists will feel confident walking  customers through the entire vehicle buying process.

  • Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
  • Lead customers through the entire sales process
  • Use Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions
  • Effectively educate all customers on benefits that Walser has to offer
  • Take customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features
  • Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them
  • Follow up with customers after the purchase

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successfully test out of sales training program - first four weeks of full support and learning
  • Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player
  • Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.)
  • Strong customer service mentality
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
